Appalachia (West Virginia) Missions and Projects
Freedom Church supports a mission in Bolair, WV with food, supplies, clothes and furniture for the needy folks in a very poor and rural area. We also take teams of youth and adults at least once per year to help work at the mission and also do work projects in the mountains of West Virginia helping restore hope and meaning to people who have been hardest hit by economic factors beyond their control.
Depickni Preschool
Freedom Church operates and supports a pre-school in Roaring Creek, Belize. The pre-school teaches English and the gospel to preschoolers from Spanish and Creole speaking families who need to learn English to get into the school system. We also take teams to Belize to work on the school grounds as well as in nearby refugee villages.
Each year, we raise support for the pre-school by sponsoring the students in the pre-school.
